Tuscan Spice Rub

Tuscan Spice Rub (Adapted from Eating Well)

2 tablespoons fennel seeds
3/4 cup dried basil
6 tablespoons coarse salt
6 tablespoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons dried rosemary
4 tablespoons dried oregano

In a spice grinder, add fennel seeds and process just until coarsely ground. In a medium bowl, whisk together fennel seeds, basil, salt, garlic powder, rosemary and oregano.

Makes about 2 cups.
