Waldorf Slaw

Waldorf Slaw (Adapted from CL)

2 cups chopped Gingergold apples
1 cup chopped Bartlett pears
1/2 cup golden raisins
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
16 ounces broccoli slaw
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, toss together apples, pears, raisins, walnuts and slaw.

In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, yogurt, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the slaw and toss well to coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
