Crispy Sesame Shrimp

Crispy Sesame Shrimp(Adapted from CL)

3/4 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
3/4 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preheat oven to 425

In a small bowl, add the first 7 ingredients and stir to combine. Place the egg white in a small shallow bowl.

Place a baking sheet coating with cooking spray in the oven for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, dip shrimp in egg white, and then coat in stuffing mixture. When all are done, carefully place the shrimp on the hot baking sheet. Lightly coat shrimp with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

  1. Joe - That's a great idea to preheat the baking sheet. I'll keep that in mind for other recipes too.
