Green Grapes with Feta Cheese and Honey

Green Grapes with Feta Cheese and Honey (Adapted from Eating Well)

4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons orange-blossom honey
freshly ground pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups green grapes, halved if large
1 Anjou pear, cut into 1/2" wedges
6-8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

In a small bowl, add feta - drizzle with oil and honey. Season to taste with pepper and toss gently to thoroughly coat the feta.

To serve, gently toss the grapes and pear together - scatter the feta over the top and finish with the sliced basil.

Makes about 4 servings.

  2. JEP - I know, right? Good by themselves, but very good all tossed together! Sweet and salty is a great mix!
